REFUND POLICY

Most schools throughout Canada do not issue refunds to fee-paying students wishing to leave programs/courses prematurely. However, we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of international learners. This commitment to student success has led to the following refund policy , which we believe to be as fair as possible.
 
If the request for a Study Permit is denied by Citizenship & Immigration Canada, a full refund, less the administration fee ($200.00), will be granted upon providing the following:

1. 1. The original Letter of Rejection from Citizenship and Immigration Canada;
2. 2. The original Letter of Acceptance from Toronto International Oslife School; and
3. 3. The original receipt of paid tuition.

If the student has not applied for a Study Permit and has to withdraw the application prior to the commencement of school, a full refund, less an administration fee ($200.00), will be granted upon providing the following:

1. 1. The original Letter of Acceptance from Toronto International Oslife School; and
2. 2. The original receipt of paid tuition fees.

There will be no refund of tuition fees if any one of the following applies:

1. 1. If the student chooses to withdraw for any reason after a Study Permit has been granted using the official Letter of Acceptance;
2. 2. After commencement of studies;
3. 3. If the student is found in violation of school regulations and has been withdrawn from school as a result; and/or
4. 4. If Toronto International Oslife School is unable to provide education due to force majeure or other causes beyond its control.

Health Insurance Refund Policy:
 
In the event you cancel your policy and it was never used, the remaining health insurance fees will be returned following the waiting period required by the provider, minus a $50.00 administration fee.
 
We believe it is important for students to have medical coverage while in Canada. If a student withdraws from Toronto International Oslife School, students must contact the provider directly to receive a partial refund or continue coverage. 
 
Please allow 6-8 weeks for refunds to be processed.
