Scott is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor’s degree in French language and literature as well as in Education, along with a Master’s degree in Educational Administration.  He served as the Associate Director of Education for the Peel District School Board, Canada’s second largest school board, for many years prior to retirement and has continued his long and distinguished, 40+ year career in education as the Director of Education at TIOS.  Having formerly worked as a teacher, a Department Head, a Vice-Principal, a Principal, a Superintendent and an Associate Director, Scott has influenced thousands of young people to be the very best they can be and he is proud to continue that work to assist international students to achieve their goals and grow to global citizens in an ever-shrinking world.  Scott received the prestigious “Educator of the Year” award in 1994 for his unwavering commitment to students with Special Education needs.  He is proud of TIOS and looks forward to continuing this excellence!
